Places for the Pre-conference Workshop are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Attendance at the full conference (2 days) includes invitations to the Welcome reception and Conference dinner and these are included in the conference fees. Please indicate your attendance at these events below.

The visits to the British Library and Wellcome Institute are free of charge, but delegates will need to pay their own train fares to London. Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Terms and conditions

Delegate Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing to
* £50 (administration fee) charged - if notified before 15th April 2016.
* No refund - for failure to attend or cancellation after 15th April 2016. Substitute attendee is allowed.

Cancellation of the Conference
In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the OU (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to negligence of the OU, the OU cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc

Photography and Filming
For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Recordings may be streamed live or posted online for later viewing. Images may also be used, without further notification, to market this and future m-libraries conferences. By attending this event you consent to being photographed and videoed, and your image and likeness being used.  If you have any concerns please contact prior to the event.

British Visa Requirements
As a conference registrant/participant please refer to the Visas and Immigration section of the UK Border Agency website to find out which visa would be most appropriate. NB. The m-libraries conference organisers cannot organise visas on your behalf.
